Sacha Coburn is the Chief Operating Officer of her family business, Coffee Culture, a group of boutique coffee shops with 300 staff across 20 locations in New Zealand. She has lived every inch of the cost-of-living crisis alongside her team of owners, and has had to embrace change and challenge on a daily basis.

Sacha also runs a leadership development program through side hustle, The Company You Keep, working with both emerging and C-suite leaders to deliver wholehearted high performance.
