Designed specifically for emerging generation family members, this 3-course lunch is a relaxed afternoon of good food and conversation. Across each course, you’ll change seats, meeting a new group of people who share the experience of being the next generation in a family business.
You never know who you might meet. It could be a future collaborator, customer, mentor or someone with insights that help you navigate challenges in your own business. This lunch is a chance to connect with peers who understand what it’s like to be an emerging leader in a family business.
As an added bonus, enjoy a spectacular 1-hour cruise down the river to the venue on a 23 metre catamaran named Peppermint Bay II. Enjoy local Tasmanian produce, swap stories, share ideas, and leave with new contacts, practical takeaways, and fresh perspectives for your role in the family business.

Details | Attendees will meet at Hobart's Brooke Street Pier, a short walk from Hotel Grand Chancellor. From there, you'll be invited to board Peppermint Bay II, a 23 metre catamaran, for a spectacular 1-hour cruise down the river, taking in the scenery along the way. After a delicious 3-course lunch at Peppermint Bay, you will return to Hotel Grand Chancellor by coach.
